Shipping Information
We levy an 18% GST on all products.
Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Production - All of our work is individually crafted by hand, made-to-order. Although of the same design, each vessel is uniquely crafted to create a bespoke hue and effect, each vessel differs due to the nature of production.
All are hues are made with natural oxides on a natural clay body to create a sustainable, outdoor/indoor use product.
Delivery Time
Shipping on actuals nationally or internationally.
To be shared with the client on confirmation and pre-dispatch for clearance. Botanical Bias does not maintain responsibility for shipping delays or individual countries customs protocols and import charges. Dispatch and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. We will try our best to deliver your order as soon as we can, however Botanical Bias is not liable for any third-party failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. If issues arise and you need assistance from us, we are more than happy to help where we can to complete your order.
We calculate shipping within India using the size, weight and fragility of your item/s.
This helps us ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We arrange an independent contractor for larger pieces and delivery fees will be quoted at the time of purchase. Botanical Bias cannot be held responsible once the parcel leaves their care. Amendments to orders can be made by contacting us for assistance.
If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply. Botanical Bias reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. Domestic Orders are expected to take approximately: 3-4 weeks production + 1–5 days Shipping. All domestic shipping is sent via local couriers. Please use the tracking service.
Domestic (India) Large/Heavy Orders - Domestic Large Orders are sent via a freight/delivery service and information provided upon order of delivery time.
Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is designed to offer our customers peace of mind. Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind. Should you be dissatisfied, please contact Botanical Bias by email immediately (within 3 days) of receiving your order to discuss your options. Should an exchange or possible return be necessary, the product must be returned in ‘as new’ condition (including all tags and packaging and unopened) within 30 days of the original dispatch date. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will gladly issue an online store credit. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was in faulty condition. Return items that have in any way been damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, however we are happy to provide an
online/offline store credit. if you would like to return a Botanical Bias item for an online credit (pre-delivery process) within 2 days upon receipt of your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item from our Botanical Bias Online Collection, we recommend that you use a postage service that can be tracked. It is the responsibility of the customer that goods arrive to us safely and undamaged.
